The CREAM PLUS, built in the four versions 3-4-5-7, is a real jewel for the ice cream parlor and the pastry shop being built with the most modern mechanical, refrigeration and electronic technologies, put at the service of the operator. The machine, in the upper tank, heats and cools with a “bain-marie” system with glycolate liquid, thus making it possible to avoid any kind of fouling and to prepare ice cream mixes, delicious pastry creams (with intermittent shaking movement), delicious jams, sugar invert and to dissolve the chocolate. In the whipping chamber the machine behaves like a normal ice cream maker of the ICETECH range which works with the most modern technologies in order to prepare the best ice creams with the right consistency.
