specifically conceived and realised, enable the operator to supervise the ice-cream in every single phase
and to obtain a finished product perfectly structured and having the right creaminess and consistency.

to produce perfect Sicilian Granitas.
ELECTRONIC CENTRAL UNIT
The production process is automatically governed and controlled by an electronic microprocessor enabling the operator to
customise the production cycle on using any kind of ice-cream mixture. After having set up the consistency
you wish, the machine will execute the production phase in a completely automatic manner. After having reached
the whipping consistency you have set up, as it is signalled by an acoustic warning, you needn’t hasten to extract
the ice-cream since the machine will automatically start and execute the holding phase until the operator
provides for the extraction of the ice-cream. The “Cold in extraction mode” function, very useful in large-size models,
is intended to re-activate cold temperatures during the product extraction and to convey the newly-extracted ice-cream
the same consistency.
Wholly made of stainless steel, the new stirrer is free of any central shaft and complete with three steel
blades. Special scraping fins can self-regulate so that they can always perfectly adjust to the whipping chamber
and prevent the ice-cream from encrusting the whipping chamber. This new system will enable
the operator to extract the ice-cream completely and to achieve a considerable economic saving, also favoured by
the low consumption of scraping fins.
The new stainless steel door has got an oversize exit mouth that can reduce the ice-cream extraction time
to a minimum and guarantee the same consistency during the exit phase.
The pad made of anti-slipping silicone has been specifically designed to arrange ice-cream basins
and to help the operator extract the finished product. Combined with the ergonomically shaped
latest generation shelf, the pad can accommodate common 36 x 16.5 small and 36 x 25 large basins.
